    The mod is beautiful, but I don’t recommend installing it. There will be very big problems loading the location. For me it loads 50% of the time. The remaining 50% is always loaded.

      if 50% of the time it loads, but the other 50% it is always loaded .. 
      isn't that = to 100%

    Sorry if this has been answered, can I start a new game with these loaded? Or do I have to visit the settlement then load this?

      No problem dwayne! And should be no problem in a new game, all mission markers and such are the same ... Have fun!

      Hi Madrox,

      With the many more years of modding experience you now have, may I ask if you can please have a look at why your r wonderful Minutetower mods lag so badly on Console?

      There are no problems with Sanctuary Estates versions, just the Minutetowers, both Quest and Just Buildings versions.

      It’s a great vanilla+ setup for Sanctuary, I’d really appreciate it if you could have a look at it again.

    one thing next time you update them is consider defence turrets and copter pad

    plus kingport lighthouse

    also make them able have bath all your mods are great yet i would like be able to add show that work for have bath in fallout 4

    i tested this mod and it appears mostly solid state, however greekrages Somerville despite loading before this egret, will cause a terrain tear on the south side of the garage doors... :( .. so it will not work with ANY cell-greedy greekrage mods nearby or even in the same 1/4 of your map

    Navmeshing is impeccable at this Egret location with this mod otherwise i am truly impressed..

    Definately a First Pick mod on the next playthrough though this Egret!

    (PS! is there someplace we can get one of the Disastrous Dynasty Rifles outside of this location mod???)

    Mad!  The settlement overhaul mods that you've done are absolutely phenomenal!!  So far, I have installed the Croup Manor and Red Rocket mods and will definitely be installing more!

    Hello.  This house is crazy and wish it was compatible with ss2 or is it? Also I wish for your other builds to be all in one download fomod so we can select what we want. The crazy part would be to have these places swap like sim settlements 2 has. If you join the institute it would change after you done the Mass Fusion and blew up factions aka the point of no return. Well the whole map with your mods activated would change depending on quests done? but it would always start as run down and evolve over time in to pristine builds?

    I don't know. I just give ideas.

      Loooove that idea dots! At this moment no idea how I would do that, but might look into it ... could do reduxes like that on old ones too. 

      No idea if it is compatible with ss2, I guess you can place some plots at some places and should do something for sure :)
