      You already know that I "only" offer a re-texture, which doesn't necessarily make me an expert in slider presets matters.

      I am not an expert in this field, but maybe there is a magnetic strip on the back side of the backpack, and since the humans contain 4-5 g of iron, the backpack sticks to the back of the human. Velcro fastener would probably work too.
