Adds a Gunner paintjob to the T-65 Power Armor. That's basically it! (No, quite literally, that's it.)

So I haven't released anything for a while now, since I've been working on my story/dungeon mod called Supersymmetry which was supposed to release in October, but I have to postpone until I fix some issues. I've seen the T-47R PA having some problems and the update for it is ready, but I'm waiting for Supersymmetry to release first.
My next mod will be the Operative Rifle! If you haven't seen it, check out the Images tab on my profile. I haven't really worked on it since I first posted about it.
I might also be working on the Union PA?
