Normalize the janky Controller Input. Fix the janky X and Y Difference aswell.

Overview:
I never was a big fan of Fallout 4 due its very bad Sensitive handling when it comes to Controller. This mod adjust the acceleration curve, deadzones, multiplier and some more to make it overall more precise and directly rather then feeling like to control and tank. It turned pretty well out its not nearly perfect but overall feels more like playing a shooter.
I did also double the Sensitive range setting and removed the half baked magnetismus the game has.
This mod is incompatible with RAW - Input.
