Increase projectile speed of plasma and gamma weapons by 50%.

Description:
Projectiles fired by plasma and gamma weapons are now 50% faster. Any mod added weapon will be affected by this as long as they use the default plasma and gamma projectiles.
ESL flagged plugin.
Compatibility:
Any mod that alters these records will cause a conflict. Which ever plugin you load last will take effect in your game.
Before you report weapons firing projectiles that do not reflect the increased speed please make sure these weapons are actually using the projectile records shown above.
