THE NAKANO FAMILY BLADE
This sword is something I was able to whip up together as I was working on my Shishkebab Overhaul and Gehenna mod.
I based it off of both the Wakizashi from Fallout 2, and the Katana from New Vegas' Gun Runners' Arsenal DLC.
-Damage wise it should be equal in strength to a Chinese Officer Sword, but with built in bleed damage.
-The Katana blades are equal to a Serrated Chinese Officer Sword, but with a much heavier bleed damage.
-The blades have darker "Stealth" counterparts for increased sneak attack.
-In the spirit of New Vegas, and to make the sword truly stand out, I also made it possible to increase your attack
speed by unlocking the "Ninja Handle". This handle switches the sword from normal one handed swing animations
into knife animations. Giving you about a 50% increase to attack speed. Turning this into
a truly deadly end game weapon when combined with its heavy bleed damage.
HOW TO ACQUIRE:
This sword was meant to be a unique weapon so there will only be one in the game world. No leveled list integration.
~You can obtain this sword by successfully convincing Kasumi Nakano she's human and return her home safe to her family.
At the end of the quest "Close to Home," her father will be so grateful he'll give you access to his late father's buried
loot. This chest is famously known for always having a legendary weapon inside. Now the legendary family blade can be
found here as well.
