my mod is texture only u cant use a custom menu like baka or anyting like that. i dont know what STH mean too and if your mods remplace this vanilla menu (https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/fallout/images/b/bf/Fallout_4_perk_poster.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20151005052434) then u cant use it whit this one The only solution is to remove them because they use someting different called .SWF files that are flash menu

I don't get what u are asking for, my menu doesn't change animation and is compatible whit any Vault girl animation on nexus. But if u mean u want a Menu whit less vault-tec and more vault girl i can probaly look to make one but most of the picture i can find are not mine and are probably artwork from someone else.
It is only textures (Visual picture in game) doesn't touch anything about parameter and what inside ESM, so if what u ask for work on the fo4 original perk menu yes it will work. But mod that changes the perk menu from vanilla will not .But this mod can be installed and removed without any issue so u can try it and see by yourself simply delete what u have copy or better use mod organizier 2
