Hey, I did a thing!  I haven't submitted a mod for many years, so please be kind.
This is going to be my submission for the City Planner Contest.  It doesn't put a big strain on my computer
so it should do well on most.

I recommend scrapping your settlement before running.  Either use the scrap settlement function in workshop, or use console command scrapall.  

Fort Egret has:
Level 0- 7 residential plots, 4 recreational plots, 2 municipal plots , 8 martial plots
Level 1- 7 residential, 4 recreational, 2 municipal, 9 martial
Level 2-8 residential, 4 recreational,  3 municipal, 10 martial
Level 3-10 residential, 4 recreational, 4 municipal, 10 martial

It also includes a small player home.

At Level 3 I have 4 outside residential plots, and 6 interior plots.  If you want to have the full use of interior space,
I recommend using Shazbots Cots and Tiny Living.  It will give you multi-person interior plots

gotten many, and I mean many,  wonderful hours of enjoyment out of.  It has truly changed the face of Fallout 4 modding.
