He's hostile. At one point, though, I considered placing him and the Watcher together at a new location and making them recruitable so Strong could have some friends, but I decided to save that idea for another mod.

Btw are they a 1-time kill or they respawn?
PS: if someone doesn't find them to their locations, it might be because of the reload bug (reloading a couple of times makes some items or npcs from mods not to appear). Restart the game from a save outside their locations.
Glad you like them. I couldn't swap the scripts between the Watcher and Dead Eye, but the Watcher still serves as a bodyguard of sorts, given his placement.
You know, just like Adalia, I forgot to check their respawn status. I'm planning to update a bunch of my mods in the very near future, so I'll add that to the list.
Regarding them not loading, I had that happen with the Railroad Synth. I don't recall offhand how I fixed it, but making sure you're in a different cell when installing is good practice. I'll compare the RR Synth's current records with her original form to see what I changed to fix the issue, then make the change to the super mutants if applicable.
I don't think that the super mutants were the cut content (just a simple change to their outfit entry), but the companions' comments, so i guess its a missing script or trigger spot somewhere in the files.

Scribe Collins- is a Brotherhood of Steel scribe wearing a random raider outfit.also a cut npc. 3. Game Master 3000 Mk II- also a cut npc 4. Brad Finnegan- was also cut from the game and can be found on Saugus Iron Work. 5. Eddie Lipkis- also a cut npc. 6. Suspect Bot- can be found on General Atomic Galleria. 7. Arnie- can be found on Federal Ration Stockpile 8. Institute Patrol 1 9. Fisherman that can be found near Covenant i think
Casey: According to her wiki article, she is partially complete for use during "The Big Dig" quest. Unfortunately, I don't know how to fully integrate her into the quest, so the best I can do is transfer her face/body data into a "blank" record and turn her into a generic NPC.
Scribe Collins: I've already used her face/body data as a replacement for a duplicate Institute scientist in my "We Have Names" series.
Game Master 3000 Mk II: I have no plans for this character.
Brad Finnegan: Already in the works.
Eddie Lipkis: Already in the works.
Arnie: Already in the works.
Derek: You didn't mention him, but he is in the works.
Suspect Bot: I have no plans for this character.
Institute Patrol 1: I have no plans for this character.
Fisherman: The fisherman near Covenant isn't a cut character. He's in the game on the pipes above the Compound. The cut content fisherman is a different character and is on my list. I just haven't yet decided where to place him or what purpose he will serve once placed.
