Fixed crystal and shard projectiles. Now they not spawn right before your face when shooting while moving.
Muzzle flash now a lot less brighter. Add muzzle flash to crystal shooter (both).

I checked wiki and realized that I'd f@cked up the damage. Nerfed Imp. Crystal Shooter and Imp. Shard Gun, so those would be in line with other auto weapons.
