Just gonna put this here for anybody else having issues.
Fresh reinstall of Fallout, fresh install of F4SE, ENB, KiLoader and this, CTD everytime I tried to boot. Removed ENB Extender, back to awful ENB load times (but booted up). So, narrowed it to that.
Euuuuugh. I hadn't installed an ENB preset. After installing the Reactor ENB, all is grand.
Idk why I forgot to include an ENB preset in my install, but the problem was clearly me.

Edit: Changing ENB options through ENB's own UI causes a CTD. Idk what the f*#@ is going on with this and ENB but I give up. Screw this game, screw Bethesda.

Jesus f****** christ, do you have zero patience? I'm sorry if you just brought this and now think you know what you're doing but you clearly don't. I'm having the same issue but i intend to fix it. A little research and test and try never hurt. I have GOG but if you have steam just use ingame mods ;D

Ok, if you are getting the error "KiLoader plugins couldn't be loaded or aren't compatible with the current executable:
'KiENBExtender.dll'" You need to download Pilgrim ENB and copy the DLL files from PILGRIM - ENB FILES-75773-1-01-1700950955.zip\1 - ENB FILES\enbseries to your desired ENB preset.

I'm getting a plugin error, it states this. " The following KiLoader plugins couldn't be loaded or aren't compatible with the current executable:
'KiENBExtender.dll' - Initialization failed. see log for details.
    furthermore your comment on
"Make sure you updated your Visual C++ Redistributable"
    seems to not be working
    any help would be appreciated

ENB is probably missing then. Make sure you installed ENB correctly

Getting the same error. Any way this can be made to run with native mod loader (so the DLL is in fallout4root/nativemods/enb/enb.dll)? I need my pipboy app on desktop :)

Ok, I fixed it. You can use any ENB but you NEED Pilgrim's DLL files

Does this mod replace ENB Helper?

Im using both since they're mostly different features right? However there is an oddity with my weathers im trying to debug, upon arrival after fast travel, or going thru door to outside, the weather changes to a different weather type after a couple seconds, which it didnt do prior. I have a lot of mods (about 600) so it might take some time to debug lol.

This is really quite amazing, not only adding great features but it also makes ENB much faster to load & run.

    What's the performance mode?

Allows the compiler to do more aggressive optimizations for external shaders but doesn't allow tweaking for most UI parameters anymore

Ok. Been playing with this for a while now and I find it absolutely essential to ENBs. Many thanks.

So, this can only be run with Pilgrim ENB? I'm running Film Workshop with PRC.

Can be used with any ENB. Pilgrim just requires it
