A detective such as Valentine deserves the Noir makeover. A robot... man, who's delved into the deepest and darkest cases the wasteland has to offer will dawn a shady black trench coat, adorned with a red tie, and black hat.
Simply drag and drop the contents of the mod into your games "Data" folder and activate with your choice of mod manager.
