I've added an optional esp file, which would allow you to craft a Ballistic Polymer Weave Kit earlier in the game and add ballistic weave to your outfit rather than substituting standard armor. Nothing else is changed, and it shouldn't interfere with the Railroad quests or narrative -- read the "Optional ESP" text file for details.
