Neon Flats Weapon showroom and lounge
This occupies the top floor at Neon Flats and I specifically did NOT include or use the mod that turns it into a full settlement. I did however use the shortcut hack and esp explorer (for the key card and holotapes) I will leave those options/descisions up to you, however.
This is the first time I based one of these off of CC, so HOPEFULLY nothing will go pear shaped.
