Update: I have now properly removed the loud humming sound (especially if using reverb mods). Turned out it was a placed object rather than a map property. Also removed the back two windows, and the floors are now repaired and no longer have holes in. I like the post-war look but they limited creative freedom. Also removed a safe that couldn't be scrapped in workshop mode, and used a better object to fill in the stair gap than the table Bethesda used.
If you're struggling to place objects in some places, use the Place Everywhere mod. This is because some floors and walls are not set up to be placed on because they aren't buildable in settlements in vanilla.
Settlement happiness is zero, which means something isn't right. Using modav 00129157 75 will set the Happiness to 75, but because this is broken it may fluctuate wildly. Using setav 00129157 75 instead puts it at 75 and it ought to stay there. lol, if only. It's a Bethesda game.
In any case, something needs correction. Maybe ask over in the Sim Settlements mod author forums for assistance.
Nope, sorry. I'd like to do the same, but I haven't found any mods that let you have your settlers at custom indoor homes. Wild that it's a missing feature.
One possible workaround is I think making a new exterior location and having the building in that, but that's a whole other mod altogether.
You not really looking hard enough, because there's already couple indoor settlement mods that allow to send settlers/companions to interior settlements this mod being an example of that https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17575 Sanctuary Hot Springs Settlement and Home, has a outside settlement and inside, have the an option to send them inside or outside.
Hello, Beautiful work, It´s very neet. I alredy moved in :D I found out that you not get Well rested when you sleep inside the Speak Easy.. Dont matter so much, just wanted to tell you. Well, good work on you..
Same! Always happy to hear others make use of the changes I like myself. Just a heads up the craft benches aren't linked to the workshop which is something I've found. Will be an easy fix I'd imagine but will update probably by tomorrow. Will be safe to update mid-playthrough.
Feel free to grab the update. It links the crafting stations to the workbench so your stored items can be used while crafting as intended. (Also removed the dungeon music and grounded a floating box).
