Maybe all the raiders are clones, that's why the all act, sound and look the same, but with varied personalities. I use to hate how everyone looked the same, but adding new faces seems to be in vain since they still all sound the same using the same voice actor lines. So my coping mechanism is to just pretend every raider to be clones of one another that was failed/successful cloning project that set them lose on the commonwealth.
Very good/immersive idea. It does require a fair amount of patching to integrate into my LO but it might be worth it.
Edit: introduced several problems for me, despite patching. Invisible raiders with synth voices en masse, to be exact. Why did you change the race record? It's a clever idea on paper but it's not working as intended regardless of conflicts or not, at least not for me.
I know of the issue you are talking about, and I am not sure if it is fully caused by this mod, as I played with this mod for a while with no other mods. And about the race issue, it might be changed by default because their traits template is now changed to a character list, so the editor doesn't know what race they are, but I can make an easy patch soon to manually change it back to human race if this whats causing the problem.
