I can't seem to find the candy bowl, just the pumpkins lit and unlit. Haven't built a bot station yet to try the paint.

quick question, why not add this in to a picket fence for us to collect before unlocking and a short quest , or better yet put it inside the Kelly Macabre quests locations for those that have the quests series installed?

Originally I was going to have these be a quest reward for a quick halloween special but after dealing with fixing bugs on molly and with other projects happening I didnt have the time and decided to release these standalone.

nobody is asking CSEPTeam to rush on mod releasing. All i'm saying is that people would rather have some fun even if it means waiting. Halloween is like in 2 weeks and I think people are rushing things just to get them out. Thanks for this tiny mod by the way. Wish you the best for now and happy Halloween! You are one of my fav mod authors.

Less of a rush more of a lack of motivation because of clinical depression.

I know what it is, I just want to try and uplift your spirit even if I may fail as well its worth a try. Maybe your next quest mod is all about health awareness. I have something in mind, like setsuna from hellblade saga but fit for fallout. Doesn't need to be super long. (just small random ideas) People just need to be aware that mental health issues exist. May your day end with a smile. Stay safe out there.

I have clinical depression too. Do what you need to take care of yourself, and reach out to friends or health professionals as needed. I had to get back into therapy, add a new medication, and quit my job from heck. It's been 2 months and I am finally beginning to feel human again. Your pumpkins are wonderful, and just what I was looking for for my new build. Thank you very much. Take care of yourself.

Nice. But just a note to my American cousins about their origin, which is widely assumed to be a Dublin newspaper article of 1836. And that is certainly where the current Jack-O-Lantern name and story (kind of) comes from. Yet it is important to note that's the British period there and based on older British traditions seen widely from Somerset in England right up to the Scotttish Highlands, albeit carving turnips. And Halloween as we know it today is very much a mish-mash of Ancient British & Anglo-Saxon Pagan harvest, Celtic samhain and early Chistian church saint traditions from right across the British Isles.

For those interested, I'll hide further lantern origin info in a spoiler:

The oldest known written records of similar lantern use in this context comes from Worcestershire (England) with Hob-O-Lanterns carved from turnips in the late 18th century. And Somerset's Punkie legend might be even older and the origin of their connections with spirits. Formal Punkie Night celebrations for kids in Hinton date back to late-18th/early-19th century, but the legend goes back further. Angry women from the village of Hinton made lanterns out of mangelwurzels and turnips, and went looking for their wayward menfolk who failed to return from the annual harvest fair at nearby Chiselborough (a fair which happened every year since 1257). Their drunken husbands belatedly stumbling back across the common late that night, seeing the odd lanterns held by dozens of figures in their white bed shifts (who were also carrying pitchforks and scythes), thought them to be goolies (restless spirits of children who died before they could be baptised) and all ran away apparently - of course maybe they were just running from angry wives carrying sharp tools, and later claimed they thought them ghosts as an excuse for not coming home...
