Dang, glad I didnt upgrade PRP since im in a playthru, that condo is really great! I came looking for its mod page for info, sucks they disabled it, i wanted to figure out about the "shared workbench storage" it mentions in the informational terminal about the item sorter, but there is no workbench in the condo? & does it share to all other settlements?
Anyhow, I will open up the condo mod in CreationKIt & see, I needed to patch it for universal working bathroom fixtures anyway. Anyway thanks for posting the notice, otherwise I would have assumed the condo was gone forever, hope they figure out a fix, I might take a look myself, but as I said im on a slightly older PRP v0.65.4, so I cant test the bug right now, but will eventually in another mo2 profile if its not fixed soonish.
RRTV's Commonwealth Express Courier Stations had patches for each of their player homes and bunkers, so they could all share workshop storage with the Courier Stations. However, CE Courier Stations has also been removed from Nexus.
awe, thats a shame, another mod bit the dust, sounds like it was nice too, just watched a YT vid on it. Seems they figured out a way to share the shared storage with nearby workstations.
I have been using Global Stash mod (disabled its automatic features), its nice to help move stuff around in a pinch, though it does make the game a bit unbalanced since you can pick up literally everything you find & transfer it once you hit weight limit lol.
Still would be nice for the autosorter in the condo to push the junk to a settlement workbench, but Its not much hassle to grab & move it once sorted.

Try loading it at the VERY END of your load order -- below any mod that regenerates precombines in Goodneighbor.
This mod patches The Goodneighbor Condo with PRP 69.x, but it may be necessary to create patches for individual mods. I am still looking into this.
