   I dont have handguards i dont know what the reason is i have standard scar 
   Edit: the problem was this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/71739 so if you had it, turn off this mod :D

    oh wow.. 1.6gb for the 4k version, and this isn't even the full version of the mod. its a patch/addon. i guess i shall go with main file only.
