hey thanks for checking this out.
tbh Fall UI has been kinda janky so theres every chance things like the 3d effects could be really janky and i don't know how to fix that.
and the AP cost for Vats is also kinda borked, don't know why or how to fix that. but for the most part it works and i like it more than
vanilla and i hope you do too.
