   This worked perfectly until I upgraded Garden of Eden Papyrus Script Extender. For any version newer than 12.1 it gives an error message. For example, if I enter PridEx "cait" it returns PridEx: internal error reference search helper cannot found any reference. Aborting function call.

   You recommend Console Commands Extender in The Midnight Ride. Does this utility replace it?

      Oh, honestly I didn’t know that mod existed.. I only knew about ConsoleUtil and Better Console. Well, according to its (archived) github page, it adds AddAchievement, Clear, ClearAchievement, CrashToDesktop and a special Help command to the console. The only overlapping feature seems to be the Clear command (DelHistory from ConsoleEx) so you can still use both utilities. They can’t replace each other.
