marginally annoying but nothing significant -- the sky goes bright white around the horizon while underwater. nothing to really care about but it's there. freaky how much i can see now. makes exploring underwater worthwhile now LMAO. thanks mate

I've tried several mods that improve underwater visibility, but this is the only one that gives view distances longer than 5-30 feet (depending on daytime and cloud cover). As an exploration player, I'll take visibility over the realism that some (but a lot less than vanilla) murkiness would provide. Thank you!
If anyone is interested, I have tried this with Clean Water of the Commonwealth and it's successor, Wasteland Water Revival in varying combinations (Tropical, Clear, Crystal, Rads, No Rads etc) Unfortunately my experiments have revealed that this Clear Underwater View mod is incompatible with either of those water mods. With Clean Water + Clear Underwater, Clear Underwater always overwrites. No matter what exterior is chosen water will always appear vanilla dark blue but is completely clear underwater when you jump in. With Wasteland Water + Clear Underwater, Wasteland Water always overwrites. The exterior will be whatever option you choose but the moment you jump in its murkier than the laundry water of a supermutant's undergarments, in other words, vanilla level murkiness. Therefore the sad conclusion is that one can only choose to either have 1.) shitty vanilla water to look at from the outside but clear for days underwater view, or 2.) pretty water to look at from the outside but shitty underwater view.
In "Nuka World" underwater views is not clear - is completely black everything in everywhere - I see nothing :( :( :( please fix it!!! I love your mod, but now I can't use it anymore , im so sad!
Somebody needs to make This mod compatible with other mods that make the water clear from outside as well as underwater, all mods I've seen all concentrate on making the water prettier, exterior only but still looks like a green foggy mess underwater.
but im just wondering... would i be able to request a version of the water thats a little dirtier (ofcourse nothing like the vanillah underwater, but not as clear as if you was standing on land)
maybe 50% inbetween ? (dirtier enough to not be able to see to far, but clear enough to know where your going?)
Wow! You need to say NO ABYSS in your title or description. I went through so many mods, trying to get the results that yours finally delivered. Endorsed, highly recommended.
For those of you wanting some kind of under water effect, the weather mod NAC has an option, which I believe is enabled by default, that adds underwater effects and is a nice accompaniment to this wonderful mod.
