   please tell me if there is a mod that will restore settlements without additional mods, or just clean up.

      Hey! Do you mean restore vanilla Croup Manor after having installed this blueprint? If so, I'm afraid I won't have the answer other than setting aside a save with your vanilla Croup Manor to revert back to if/when you want to start again.

      Yes, you're right. I want a vanilla recovery to the state before the bombing.  I found one mod and even then 2016.Do Your damn job, Cosworth- overhaul the Sanctuary Hills.
