FYI to anyone running replacers that some will conflict with this. You will need to make sure this patch loads before them and then manually carry over the 'dismemberment only' value in xEdit.
Also make sure you load this after any new weapon patches you add, because I've found some leftover entries in some of those patches for the weapons they are based on which would override this patch and of course, you will need to add 'dismemberment only' to any weapon patches you want to apply the effect.
