finally got to the bottom of the root cause of music overlap when transitioning into combat or discovering a poi, and Far Harbor playing the wrong ambient track
Part of the esp changes I made to the original mod, specifically with adding the delay between roaming tracks introduced the overlapping issue, so I reverted some of them, and baked the delay into the tracks themselves instead.
Far Harbor's daytime palette was simply pointing to the wrong track, so I fixed that.
