   Hmm, a Nuka World themed skin.    
   Every time I see one I'm like Homer Simpson.
   If I could only get a Nuka skin for the F4NV SAA.

      BSArchPro is your friend.   
      With that and the simple knowledge the Textures go in Textures.BA2 and everything else goes in the Main.BA2 - you will be cooking with gas in no time.
