   I TRY IT BUT SEMMS NOT WOrk, sill high ap consume in vats with scoped rifle.

      I tried and if my AKM has a scope mounted, the AP costs are lower than without the scope.
      
      And I also tried my other mod, the one with the "Stock" and this works too.
      
      You play with the downgraded/not updated FO4? (Wont work with updated one, cause RobCo Patcher 4.0.1 doesnt support this)

   What changed in the 9/14 upload? I don't see a changelog and the version number doesn't appear to have changed.
