Turns out I can add a way to tell where the name of the location it's saved at, but it would require dependency to F4SE, and thus impossible to be used on XBox.
So, if you want me to do it anyway, it will be a 2nd main file and have "PC ONLY, requires F4SE" in its description.
EDIT: Done, it's now 1.2a. I am leaving 1.1 as a main file for those not interested in using F4SE.
Needs an update. FWR has updated and is now an ESM file instead of an ESP. Probably the only change needed would be changing the master to the ESM version instead of the ESP version, but I don't know for sure, though I don't think any changes were made to the demat/materialization process from what I can see in the patch notes.
I would love to be able to add a "last saved location", as it would help me as well.
Unfortunately, due to engine limitations, I can't have it show the last saved location, as it blanks out when "Text Replacement" is used on a holotape inserted to a pip-boy. Any attempt causes the text it should show to be blank, as well as every bit of text after it.
The only workaround is putting the holotape inside a terminal, and that just ruins the intended effect of being able to place a location anywhere.
If you want to see an example of why, and you have the Vault-Tec Workshop DLC and the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch, use version 1.0 of my VIP Tracker Terminal mod, craft the holotape that comes with it at any chemlab, and try to put it in the pip boy after making any companion recruitable (you don't have to have the companion follow you)

I 100% agree with @gamescott123 about being able to name each datastore with a location saved, not just the asterisk to tell you it's registered. Please consider this as it would be super helpful to me and many others who find this mod.
