Resolved some naked and decapitated ghouls (ambush radroach spawn).
Swap out most wildlife with zombies.
Pick one file. ESL-flagged. Script-free.
Compatibility:
Ghouls Galore just redirects other spawn lists to that of the vanilla ghoul spawn list. Load other ghoul mods after Ghouls Galore.
Creatures not swapped out were because of minor issues (dialogue/visual) that were encountered in-game.
