No, it cant be compacted unfortunately. If you compact it, it will destroy the link to the game setting and it will no longer work. I already tried it.
The Form ID will change accordingly with the load order it's in... So it doesn't matter if it's ESM, ESP, ESL or whatever mixture of ESL-flag ESP/ESM... I've seen several mods that use an ESL formid and have a 'new record' Game Setting and 'it just works' fine.
Any chance of a patch for tooun's flashbang mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/56981)? Between this and cookable grenades seems to make the flashbang fuse something like 1 second.
This is awesome, I had temporarily forgotten about the new Cookable Grenades mod till you released this lol. Tried them both, but changed the timers to 5s across the board ('cept the Nuka I left at 6, cause reasons lol) except the Baseball which I have set as impact rather than a timer. Works great!
Better Eplosive Redux has it already integrated with the last update. So there is no need to use this mod with it. But you can still download and leave an endorsement if you want to. :-)
On a second thought. I may again remove it from Better Explosives Redux and leave it as a standalone mod. As they are compatible anyway.

What does matter is the EditorID: fCombatGrenadeBounceTimeMax
Examples: Combined Game Tweaks ; MORE AI MORE NPCs at once
