i couldn't understand what you wrote in the description fully, so is this a save file or not? or is this a mod and it changes all these settlements, i mean am i default Nora or Nate or do i have the ability to choose who i am with alternate starte mods?
It's a save file if you look at the tags, and file. I played through the game with default Nora unlocking 24 settlements through settlement quests/clearing workshops, i hit level 16 through all that. So alternate start won't have any effect. You can change your look with either an in game surgeon/hair dresser, or download a mod like Looks mirror I believe it's called, and change your appearance with that. As well as either cheat terminal or console commands to adjust special stats the way you want, there's a total of 21 special points allocated, so you could keep that in mind when you reassign special points. So you can still be at a vanilla special setup. I didn't grab any perks so there's 15 perk points available to use. Not a problem man! Glad I cleared that up for you :) Just beware with that console command, it will only give the default 21 special points to allocate, if you have extra special points, don't use the command to change them, as you will lose any perk points put into special. As I didn't put any perk points into special in this save, it will work just fine to change them.
