Removed Baka Framework as a requirement in 1.1.0, please inform me if this breaks the functionality. The mod still works on my end, but I have Baka Framework installed in my load order due to other mods requirements, and thus I don't know how it works without it installed.
Also added backlight for those dark places, mod on the workbench.
Im just gonna throw this out here. Idk if you could do it or not, or even want too.
I play with no HUD, could you make a hand held compass mod in the same style as this? There will be no compass on HUD but you can use the handheld one?
hey cool mod! question: as soon as i put on the gas mask, so i don't get any radioactive damage - the geiger counter doesn't react anymore - i don't know if it's possible, but can the geiger counter react to radioactivity regardless of the Rad damage?
Exactly this. Once I put on a gas mask, and stop taking rads, the geiger counter stops showing radiation levels. I'm using this with Gas Masks of the Commonwealth, and would love to know whether it's safe to take of the mask. So, I'd need to know the amount of radioactivity around me, not the amount of rads I'm currently taking (since I'm wearing a mask and am not taking any rads). Not sure how hard this would be to implement. Otherwise, great mod, love the concept!
Yeah, this is something I really wanna do, as I also use gas masks, but the way the game handles rad damage I don't have a function to read rads if the player takes none. Maybe someday if I can get a F4SE function to check before resistance is calculated.
i am no expert, just things i have noticed playing with wayy too many mods: do you have tac reload installed? i have found it can get confused with a lot of weapon mods (this looks like it counts as a weapon to the game)
for example a fn fal mod i have runs perfectly fine but after tac reload updated, it now reloads like a pistol on half loads. as TR overrides normal animations, it may be that. best advice i have is try to find a spot in your load order it wont be affected by tac reload
if you dont have TR then it could be another mod or my minimal experience with mods is showing and im flat wrong, lol
For some reason I can't get the screen to work at all on the Geiger counter, I have the Casio watch and that works fine but for some reason the Geiger counter isn't updating at all, anybody able to help me out?
It looks great and works fine on rad damage, I guess you could walk around with the thing all the time as well. Adds even another layer of hardcore.
One thing though when using this with Lost World is that the ENB lighting is rather dark, and it's very hard to read the display. Maybe you could make the screen background glow a little (just a very little tiny bit) to add more contrast with the numbers to make it more readable.
Although it would be amazing if someone could make a patch for Gas Masks of the Wasteland.

EDIT: By god it's already in the workshop options
