Version 0.3.0-BETA
- Major Change: Instead of using 9 magic effects and CK conditioning them per each difficulty (harsh, gentle, and random), the number of magic effects for scanning NPCs has been reduced from 9 to 3 and now the difficulty is read from Papyrus. This means that changing the difficulty will no longer rescan an NPC. This was done because I’m now using a CK condition for distance, and I did not want it evaluating on 9 different magic effects for distance.
- New Feature: NPC scanner has a range now. Customizable in MCM.
- New Feature: Added toggle for repair at armor workbench, for mods that may add activate choices to these.
- Script Optimization: Inventory script improved for armor degradation (removes a complex inventory shenanigans if you only have one of a armor form, should help improve performance)
- Critical Bugfix: Many scripts were spawning way too many temporary references due to poor coding. While these are always marked for deletion, my understanding that the game deletes them right away was incorrect. They are simply marked for deletion, and are deleted usually when cell unloads.
- Critical Bugfix: When a loot bag (temp ref), its keyworded so its not scanned again. This issue was compounded with the spawning of too many temp refs.
- Critical Bugfix: Actor values for weapon damage should now be changed when within NPC scanner range of the player.
- Critical Bugfix: Fixed Armor NPC scanner filtering incorrect items added after death
- Bugfix: Condition names for OMODs in crafting menus have had their numbers removed, and they are still in order, and loose mods do not appear in player’s inventory (previously couldn’t figure out how to order them without the loose mods showing up in player inventory).
- Bugfix: Possible bugfix of completely losing an armor on armor degradation
- Bugfix: Fixed several issues with armor degradation script. Very unique scenarios could result in armor not degrading or gaining break chance
- Critical Bugfix: Weapon distribution fixed (was fixed in 0.2.4 hotfix, and hotfix is now included in main file)

Version 0.2.4-BETA
- Critical Bugfix: Vertibird minigun now never degrades and will not break.
- Critical Bugfix: Degradation should never happen on weapons that don’t have the condition keyword on them.
- Bugfix: Weapons/Armor added after death on NPCs will now be scanned (will force rescan if duplicates of form are detected).
- Bugfix: Weapons equipped by NPCs that have no condition will be scanned (will force rescan if duplicates of form are detected).
- New Feature: Repair Kits have their own category filter in workbench.
- Default Settings: Set world scanner radius to default to 1. If having performance issues or script lag, set to 0 (to scan cell you’re in, rather than 8 around you) or turn off World Scanner in MCM. Only works on new games.
- Default Settings: Global NONE chance for finding repair kits has been lowered (making it more likely to find repair kits).

Version 0.2.3-BETA
- Critical Bugfix: Fixed a potential crash issue on the Vendor perk. Note this crash doesn’t happen during bartering, it happens semi-randomly due to poor and unreliable coding on my part. However, with new SUP function, should be safe and functional again now.
- Bugfix: INNR ruleset now injects into every applicable weapon and armor, while skipping Power Armor. No longer fully relies on string detection, and uses a handy SUP function now. Check debug section in MCM to reinject.
- During processing of the vendor, the barter menu will now remain open, instead of closing and reopening, thanks to handy new Lighthouse function. Note that the fade to black still happens.
- Bugfix: Fixed some text errors in MCM and clarified some details on World Scanner description.
- Bugfix: The weapon activator perk for BRAWL was not hidden. It is now hidden.
- New Feature: MCM now features a section for debugging which includes console commands to do various things such as INNR reinjection (for current saves or if you added new mods to a playthrough), forcing armor/weapon scans on valid object references (containers and NPCs), and resetting quests/perks.
- Debugging: Redid some debug logs yet again, to separate the INNR injection into a separate log.

Version 0.2.2-BETA
- Critical bugfix: Fixed a rescan happening on NPCs, which was particularly noticeable on companions when reloading the game, or in other unknown scenarios that cause magic effect to start again.
- Bugfix: Added conditions for the Weapon Degradation toggles to work to the various magic effects for weapon degradation. You should no longer see messages for break chance if you have degradation disabled.
- Debugging: Redid the debug logs yet again, dividing the NPC scanner and World scanner into separate logs for better tracing.

Version 0.2.1-BETA
- Critical Bugfix: Fixed some effects on NPCs still had been registered for an MCM event. Changing an MCM value and then saving caused issues because script events were firing for many NPCs still registered, even if not in area (probably persistent NPCs). Saving should be back to normal speed now after checking if NPC is near player, and unregistering if this is not true.
- Critical Bugfix: Fixed an issue where enemies that have been scanned before, but somehow their weapon isn’t actually rolled for (likely a reset of inventory), so they get scanned again and have weapon condition.
- Bugfix: Added a Dispel if target is dead already, as a backup.
- Bugfix: Removed a setting in MCM that was for personal testing (quest reset should be done via console command, instead of MCM option)

Version 0.2-BETA
- New Feature: Added toggle for player reload speed debuff/buff
- New Feature: Added toggle for player movement speed debuff/buff
- New Feature: Added toggleable degradation system for weapons and armor. See description for full details on how this feature works. It is not the same as FO3/FNV/F76 system, and never will be.
- New Feature: When opening the barter menu, your screen will fade to black, and fade back in after the vendor is processed.
- New Feature: Released a Synthesis patcher. Load after ECO patcher.
- Script Improvement: The container scanners now can detect if a container respawns. If the container respawns, and has valid armors/weapons that need to be processed, it will attach a script to the container. This container will never need to be scanned by the World scanner again once this script is attached to the object reference of the container. If container is scanned via Crosshair Ref scanner, it will attach a different script which only happens on a cell reset, and thus will be scanned again.
- Script Improvement: Instead of attaching scripts to containers that qualify (which was many), now the script will check if the container has any valid armors/weapons before doing so, and also if 3D is loaded AND if container is not disabled. The mod now turns off container Crosshair Ref scanning by default, although if you’re attempting to update, you’ll need to turn it off in MCM. This should make things safer scriptwise in terms of attaching fewer scripts to object references..
- Script Improvement: The OnContainerReset script has its OnInit event removed. Now it will only listen for OnReset event, which is fairly rare. This is only applied via Crosshair Ref scanner now.
- Script Improvement: All scripts attached to containers used localized variables.
- Script Improvement: There’s a new quest which will keep track of vendors processed, so that processing doesn’t need to happen multiple times.
- Bugfix: Moving away from a vendor (450 units) after looking at them will unregister for Barter menu event. Should help with compatibility with ASAM menu in Sim Settlements 2.
- Bugfix: Power Armor had keywords and attachment points distributed to them that they shouldn’t have. They’ve been removed via RobCo Patcher as a safety measure. Also means that script processing should be faster since they should be skipped now.
- Bugfix: Repair kits can actually be crafted now
- Bugfix: Redid the distribution of abilities and perks to NPCs
- Bugfix: Removed OnItemAdded event for NPC scanner. Should fix trading items with NPCs which causes a reroll of the item. However, this does mean that if an NPC manages to pick up a weapon/armor WITHOUT condition rolled on it, this weapon/armor will not have condition on it. This should be rare though.
- Bugfix: Weapon damage for NPCs based on weapon condition now actually is tracked by appropriate MCM setting. Was targeting the player settings rather than NPC.
- Bugfix: An actor/NPC should now only be scanned once
- Debugging: Redid debug logs for better tracking - not noticeable to users unless papyrus debugging is enabled.
- Balancing: Reduced speed debuffs on armor below Maintained condition by 75%
