The only thing I see about this mod that makes me not 100% love it is for all the work the minutemen would have needed to do to convert this location into an outpost and yet they didn't clean up any of that mess inside the buildings?
From a mod creation point of view I've heard that such is a royal pain in the ass, and a lot of folks are VERY concerned about breaking precombines. So yeah, I get it.
In the spirit of fairness, the work that has already been done on the mod looks really great and even in its current state would make for a great addition to a modern tactical (MM or BoS) take over of the commonwealth.
