Gotta say, as someone who dislikes the excessive crafting in this game, your mod series is appealing. Albeit, with the fast approaching ba2 file limit CTD, it gets harder to justify adding something that isn't proliferated to the world a bit more extensively (preferably at least on a legendary enemy with the possibility of the outfit also becoming legendary), so might have to skip this one.
I agree with you. But I intend to tackle with the said 'excessive crafting' issue in an extremely light-weight way with my IMMERSIVE FIND series. Also if you can use xEdit a bit then the plugin limit is not something you'd be worried about as you can make it an esl plugin and/or merge into your custom made plugin. And the mod you mentioned isn't in my installed mod list currently. So I'm not sure about it. But that looks cool by the way.
