Beantown Brewery Rail Bridge - Fixed broken navmesh portal. Linked preferred pathing from Greygarden to Oberland Station.
Starlight Drive-in Rail Bridge - Fixed broken navmesh on stairs. Swapped out the larger logs for smaller ones. Looks better and a bit easier for NPCs to use. Added preferred pathing.
Gibson Point Pier Draw Bridge - NEW in v1.2. Removed the moveable static car and added a ramp. Linked preferred pathing.
U.S.S. Riptide Draw Bridge - NEW in v1.2. This bridge already had stairs, but they were narrow and not all NPCs could use it, so I added another set of stairs and increased the size of the navmesh over both sets.
U.S.S. Riptide Destroyed Bridge - NEW in v1.2. The bridge by the U.S.S. Riptide that crumbles down into the water has a wooden bridge added so NPCs don't have to go swimming.
Mass Chem Draw Bridge - NEW in v1.2. Over the river by Mass Chemical and the Cabot House (Ticonderoga is also nearby). Added a car to walk over the gap. Added preferred pathing.

Added 3 more bridges. The bridges by NHM Freight Depot, Starlight and Egret Tours Marina.
So, I was starting a new game for the umpteenth time and was crossing the bridge by Beantown when my companions decided to go for a swim. Just shook my head and then realized I could fix it (without breaking precombines).
NOTE: Do NOT use any PRP or "Performance Optimization" patches for this mod. This mod DOES NOT break precombines so there is nothing to "fix". This mod covers a lot of different areas of the Commonwealth so you're just asking for a ton of load order issues if you do use them.
Features
Adds various objects (steps, plywood, etc) to allow NPCs to navigate over obstacles on some bridges across the Commonwealth.
Fully navmeshed.
Links preferred pathing.
DOES NOT break precombines. Only adds new items which does not break precombines. Some items may be disabled if they are not part of precombines and are in the way (moveable static car on the Gibson Point Pier Draw Bridge for example).
Bridges Included
Beantown Brewery Rail Bridge - Between Greygarden and Oberland Station. Adds steps, plywood, etc so NPCs can go up and over the rail cars. Links preferred pathing along the rail line between Greygarden and Oberland Station.
NHM Freight Depot Rail Bridge - Around DC and Boston Police Rationing Site. Adds steel and wooden planks so NPCs can walk on the edge of the bridge by the rail car.
Starlight Drive-in Rail Bridge - Added logs down from the rail car for NPCs to walk onto so they can go up and over the rail car.
Gibson Point Pier Draw Bridge - Removed the moveable static car and added a ramp. Linked preferred pathing.
Egret Tours Marina Draw Bridge - Added a truck and trailer. Linked preferred pathing.
