About this mod

This is the rework of my precedent mod "the real solution for broken melee combat".
Now it's more effective and allows you to take a complete and swift control on melee combat

FIRST AT ALL, REMEMBER TO CHANGE THESE 2 VALORS OF THE INI FILES, THEY ARE ESSENTIAL

fInitialPowerAttackDelay=0.25
fSubsequentPowerAttackDelay=0

These lines are under section controls into Fallout4.ini or Fallout4Custom.ini

As before, hold block to let your character syncronyzing automatically with opponents, no need to timing anymore.
Your character will rise and lower the guard by itself.

If you hold block you will interrupt any of your attack just olnly if an enemy's attack is at an instant before to hit you and will rise the guard immediately (great reflexes).

If you hold block while you are attacking you can perform faster attacks.

You have the total control of your character's attacks directions, for regular attacks and power attacks, no more random forward attacks.

If you hold block, when performing a power attack, you will be faster.

If you hold attack, you will be capable to keep hitting, and the attacks vary depending of directions you are moving as a sorta of combos, and the attacks will be faster.

If you are holding attack and you are unarmed, with knuckles or boxing glove,  and you are moving forward or backward you will do even faster attacks to simulate a brutal beatdown and also, your character will detect if an enemy is recoilin, staggering or attacking and in that case your attacks (with the equipment mentioned before) will fasten up and will be chained more quickly.

One handed, two handed melee weapons, power fists, deathclaw gautlets and meat hooks will get a bonus speed, but with knuckles, bare handed or boxing glove i assure you will get very faster, to compensate the lack of power and to simulate a boxer's punching style.

I added a safe feature to don't let you attack at the weong moment and get hit, if you press attack the instant before the enemy is going to hit you, you will block insteat of attack.
It's a extremely rare condition and generally it happens for accident and without your intention, but in case you ass is saved and avoids you some damages.

When in power armor you will get some bonus speed for melee attacks if you hold block while attacking or just holding attack.

First and third person are involved both.
In first person, when you block an attack you will perform an automatic counter attack right after your block.
Stagger offset of block is set to 1 instead of 2, so heavier weapon can pass throught defenses, so no more riders that block your sledge hammer in power armor.

Blocking drains AP, for 1/4 of incoming damages, to compensate your defensive choice as Skyrim did.

I didn't touch any weapon and when i say that you get extra speed i mean that animations are involved.
There are some animations never used in game, these are called "attack blend out" and "attack blend out 2hm" 
These 2 animations are used to smooth the standard attacks animations to make them more fluent and chainable.
With the right conditions and A LOT of patience i managed to make fallout 4' s melee combat enjoyable again.

I tested it over and over and over and over for long time and now i think this is the best i can do for now.

So, hold block and enjoy the game.

NEW VERSION AVAIBLE
First at all, remember to change ( fSubsequentPowerAttackDelay) to 0 in ini file.
I know there is another way to do that without  touching ini files but i didn't get it yet.
I added some functions in this new version.
You have always faster attacks and so on like the original version PLUS.
Every single attack will consume  (5+1/4 AP than vanilla's power attacks for that weapon).
Power attacks will take half actionpoints than vanilla.
Blocking melee attacks will reduce action points depending of incoming damages ( 1/4 of incoming damage).
Action points regeneration rate from 4 to 5 
Action Points regeneration delay  at 0.1 seconds instead of several seconds.
Ripper will not take AP usage and  minigun's shredder too.
I set a short delay because if you have 0 AP you will not attack until a sufficient amount of AP is restored.
If you are in power armor, melee attacks and gun bashes consume half AP but moves are a bit slower. 
Also, if enemies will lower your AP to 0, they will open your guard ( i used recoil animation), you will avoid damages but you will be uncovered for a while.
This Harsh version is for those who felt too OP and want to bring realism into the game.
Taking care of your Sole survivor in Survival mod will be very important or you will die if you get attacked from several enemies.
No more facing swarms of monsters like a war machine, now the tactic is essential to survive.
Now fighting is very tiring and choosing a light or heavy weapon depending on situation may do the difference between life or death.
