      I forgot to add the Settlement Objects Expansion Pack as requirement.

      About the food paste:

      That requires adding food paste to the produced food lists via Quest scripts, and, sorry, but I'm ever so slightly too lazy to do that. xP

    well I have installed your mod it show where you say but has not icon  or picture for what it is and will not let you make it for some reason
