    With the mod installed https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10032 buckets don't appear

      Bit late but both mods have a loose .nif (a mesh file) for the same water pump, so try installing this mod after that one.

    Kinda obvious oversight. Methinks Bethesda never imagined what this game would turn into...   I do see other games trying to pick up on Fallout 4 ideas, but none I've seen have really done something I'd be interested in switching to, and this is entirely due to the mod community.

    There's already a simple mesh-replacer option at Waterpump with Bucket aka. Water-Collector 9000(tm), which just fixes one bucket under the pump. I only mention it in case anyone prefers the look of a single bucket instead of three around the base like this replacer has. Cheers.
