About this mod

Unique Scavs is a medium-sized mod that adds, unique characters, quests, items, and settlements with a scavenger theme to Fallout 4. Watch the video for more details. This mod is the result of 100+ hours of tinkering in blender, nifscope, oufitstudio and creation kit. As a work in progress, it got over 300 endorsements.

Description
Unleash the full potential of the scavenger faction in Fallout 4 with the captivating "Unique Scavs" mod! This ambitious project breathes life into the previously random and mundane scavengers you encounter early in the game, transforming them into a distinctive faction complete with unique gear, weapons, armor, and even their own settlement. Created through more than 100 hours of dedication and expertise in Blender, Nifscope, Outfit Studio, and Creation Kit, this mod delivers an immersive and captivating experience like never before.

Two Modular Sling Backpacks (The Slinger):
These 2 backpacks use slot 51 and have the ability to be modified at the armor workbench.
Both sling bags have the following mod attachments:

New Weapons:
  • Scav Prybar: A prybar with some sharp pointy bits.
  • Scav Hammer: A baseball bat with large hammers at the end.
  • Assault Rifle Breaching Shield: A shield made of scrap that can be attached to the assault rifle for close quarter engagements.



Craftable Workshop Resources:
  • Scav Vending Machine: A terminal that will exchange subway tokens for scav gear.
  • Scav Workbench: A crafting table where you can build scav gear.
  • Makeshift Terminal: a terminal that excepts holotapes
  • Scav Rug: A storefront rug




Wonderland Station Settlement Location
Wonderland Station is a new interior settlement location similar to vault 88 but with a subway theme. I've seen other attempts at interior subway settlements and this one is by far the best one. Here are some of it's features:

  • Exterior map marker that loads into the Interior space (no extra load screen)
  • Working floors for object placement
  • Pre-built settlement radio
  • Pre-built lightning with lots of on/off switches
  • Pre-built flood lights (in case you don't like it dark in there)
  • Pre-built power and connectors
  • Pre-built water resource
  • Pre-built food resource
  • A few crafting stations
  • Pre-built area for a store front
  • Pre-built bathrooms



The Rooftop Settlement Location
A new commonwealth location settlement located in the downtown financial area.

  • Working floors for object placement
  • Pre-built settlement radio

  • A few crafting stations




The Sargasso Settlement Location
An off-shore (new worldspace) settlement location.

  • Rusty: A fully voiced NPC trader located in Bunker Hill.

  • Raylon: A fully voiced Wonderland Station Resident with a unique quest.

How do I find this stuff?
On loading the mod you will get a new quest "Next Stop Wonderland". This will lead you to Wonderland station where you can find most of this stuff. You can also find Scav Vending Machines near all major settlements and will run into scavengers though-out the commonwealth using scav gear.
