Simple patch that disables the beach house door that conflicts with Bob's Beer and Bait from BTI

Beantown Interiors is a great mod, (as long as you run it alonside a patch that rebuilds previs). It even has a compatibility option that disables Bob's Beer and Bait when you're running alongside Inside Jobs, that disables the mod's changes to that particular house.
But what if you prefer Bob's Beer and Bait to the beach house?
Then I have a patch for you.
This is a very simple mod, that does one very simple thing- disables the load door for the beach house in Inside Jobs, allowing the venerable institution Bobs Beer and Bait to continue it's ramshackle existance.
If you use this patch, do not enable the Inside Jobs compatibility option in Beantown Interiors.
