would it be possible to use this camera while walking and then change camera views with a button/hotkey similar to driving in the GTA games?

The only vanilla Dialogue Camera setting is in: Menu >> Settings >> Display >> Dialogue Camera.

Hey there. I know this is kind of a longshot, but after starting my Starfield playthrough, I find myself really frustrated at the forced first person dialogue camera it puts on you throughout the game. Is there any chance that something similar would work to disable the forced dialogue camera in that game? Thanks in advance.

I don't know.. I'll need to look into how Starfield's camera works but as far as I know xEdit hasn't been updated for Starfield yet.

REALLY stupid question: does this mean that I can turn ON-OFF the Dialogue camera when I'm alone? Making it look like a cinematic shot on my character. Or exclusively in dialogue with another actor?

No, it can't open the Dialogue Camera on the player (it wouldn't be impossible but I think Photo Mode can open the Free Fly Camera and apply a Depth of Field effect on it to make it look like the Dialogue Camera).
