For the Faction Pack Template - Removed Direct edits to SS2 FormID Lists and Outfitmanager. Added 2 new Quest Scripts, one Injects Information into the Form ID Lists while the other acts as a custom Outfitmanager for the Template. The Template was also changed from and ESL to an ESP for the Scrip Injector to work properly.
For the Script Injector Stand Alone Template - Separated the FormID List Script Injector from the Main Faction Pack Template to this file for users who may want it.
