Mostly, I wanted to have my HUD settings saved here so that I wouldn't possibly lose them anymore during reinstalls or whatever else might happen to my machine. If someone else finds it nice to use, so much the better.

So I lost my HUD settings... again. So mostly, this is just to ensure I always have at least some revision of it saved off here to give me a starting place that isn't "from scratch" again. Initial version is based of [Better Vanilla HUD] by Noob4Noob. Everything after that starting point is my own edits.
First version to post here is still pretty fresh, and there is definitely going to be a bunch of tweaking that has to happen from here.
Design goals:
Reasonably minimalist when you aren't in combat
Consistent with the remaining FallUI elements I use
Combat information should all hover around the center of the screen where you're generally keeping your eyes when you're fighting, or slightly above or below
Ammo count and other status indicators off to the bottom right where they're out of the way
I also use [SS2] and [Companion Status HUD], so I don't want main HUD elements to get in the way of those informational elements whether I'm in combat or not.
I suspect there will be relatively frequent uploads/updates over the next few days, as I continue to tweak and refine, and after that, it'll probably stabilize and only rarely update after that.
