Changelogs
Version 2.1
Changed the tire to a tire i placed so it wouldnt cause problems with save games that have already scrapped the previous tire, also removes the 3 sitting npc locales under carport.
Version 2
Removes 7 Npc Hammer location markers and 2 siting markers under the carport
This is my second mod, the previous one was done in such a way that did not preserve the precomb and vis of the cell, though i wasnt sure if it matter for a non visible object i want to make sure every one is happy with my mods so i have attacted a brief detailed video showing exactly what was done in ck and instructions on how to get this to work for you, its quick simple an non invasive its tied to this scrapable tire in sanctuary shown in pics, for more details check the readme.
