This works as you've stated it should and I like it. I'm doing a heavily modded run though and so auto-loot only picks up about 30% of items. Is there a plan to straight up loot everything?
I was testing ways to do it without disabling the cannibal perk or using script extender. I broke my test version of the mod. I will keep working on it.
I didn't realize that because I never used the cannibal perk, and I haven't played that mod. I also didn't want to use script extender, but I can condition it to only work without the cannibal perk for the auto loot bodies portion, but I don't know what I'll do yet.
btw, it's not a hotkey it's the perk added button, and it's not a mod, it's the vanilla Cannibal perk. All mods and vanilla features using perks that add additional interaction to corpses will conflict with yours, including my mod that lets you carry dead bodies.
Best you can do is use conditions to either check the player is not crouching, or maybe use a configurable hotkey via MCM to temporarily remove the cannibal perk like I did.
I know it's a vanilla perk, but I was saying I don't use that perk, and I don't use the mod that was mentioned, so I didn't know that the magazine is in a bad spot. I will figure out something over the weekend.
