For anybody that want to make this place a settlement. Try this mod Portable Workshop Enhanced I've used it anywhere I wanted to make a place to live. For example this penthouse.
I really liked this mod. It’s short, sweet and has some fun notes left by the previous occupants. Plus you get a cool uniquely named legendary item! I just wish the apartment was actually a “settlement” like Homeplate so I could turn it into a player home.
I never was much into Seinfeld, but when I saw the main snapshot text I wondered if it was. lol
Only episode I remember ever watching was the tall guy getting a new phone # that happened to be an old movie line. Anyway, always nice to see some extra content!

When facing South East from that bridge, look through the wooden walls and you'll see that archway.
Through that archway, on the right is the door.
