No idea why Bethesda didn't include left and right staircases, so I did it to make more choice. Now with added railing (all 3).

UPDATE 2: I know how to navmesh but I naturally assumed workshop items worked automatically. Apologies....
UPDATE v1.1 - I decided to add railing to all 3 stairwells, so using my stairwell01.nif will overwrite yours (delete this file if you wish to use the vanilla version).
Simple mod to add a left and a right stairwell to the workshop. It's played on my mind since day 1, why didn't Bethesda make a left and right staircase? I find the vanilla stairwell doesn't give much room either side, so as stated I made these 2 extra stairwells to hopefully improve building for all you who enjoy the game.
