About this mod
This mod makes your movement speed faster while using melee attacks in sneak mode. This does not alter melee animation speed, only your movement. I made this mod because it bothers me that the game practically stops your characters movement when attacking with melee weapons while crouching. There are three options; slow, medium and fast.

The slow version is noticeably faster than vanilla but not by much, and fast is normal melee movement speed. The changes apply
to all weapons and armor types, including power armor. Since I prefer not to use
V.A.T.S, this mod makes using melee weapons without it more compelling as an alternative to the perk blitz.
The only thing this mod changes are the values for editor ID "Player_SneakMelee_MT" and "PowerArmor_SneakMelee_MT", so it should be compatible with any mod that doesn't change those values and alter sneak melee movement speed.
I made this mod since I couldn't find another one that does the same, and thought I would share it if anyone's interested.
Install with a mod manager like Vortex, or alternatively extract the mod folder -> place your preferred plugin in the
games data folder and activate it.
