This may be a silly question does it move? I'm wondering if that can be your next piece a work on this great ship. From the pictures it looks as if at least 20 settlers could be on it.
Even if it doesn't move its a great work and a new first for transfer settlements so keep up the unusual designs as this is what makes F4 modding so great. I tried endorsing but I have to wait for 15 minutes after i downloaded it. Definitely will be in my next F4 replay
Nah, you can fit 10 settlers at most if you use the empty space at the back or the sides of the "ship" and maybe the space seen on the window's sides of the "bridge".
Unless you want to see your settlers fall to their deaths, I suggest you start putting ladders/stairs that lead to the openings near the "linear catapults" and at the hole at the back of the ship, just above the "photon engines".

EDIT: I'm sad to say, that it does not move... but I can build something similar at other settlements, it's just that Starlight is my favorite one other than Spectacle Island.
